Hi Michael! Could you please answer my questions?
1) Is this a tick-chart less than 1-min?
2) What are the red dotted lines and its setting?
3) What is the white line in the Stochastic and its setting?
4) Why the white line did not generate a short signal when the STO values crossed it downwards?
Thanks!
HI jctrader,
1) It is a Range chart. Each bar shows a range of 0.5 ES points.
2) The orange dotted lines is a Keltner Band 3.8, 60.
3) The white line is a slow stochastic 81, 27.
4) We only take a short signal when four things happen simultaneously: (1) Prices touch or pierce a VPC from below, (2) The slow stochastic (white line) is above 80, (3) the fast stochastic (green & pink divergence bars) is also above 80, and (4) the %K of fast stochastic crosses below %D. You can see this when the bars turn color from green to pink, if you are using my template in Ensign.
