There has been a lot of conversation in the Enthios Yahoo Group about Taxes. While I am happy to give my two cents, and many others seem to be as well, Garth makes the point that you should seek professional services if you have ANY questions WHATSOEVER. There are several good tax firms for Day Traders. GreenTraderTax.com is one of them. I have not used them myself so suggest that you talk with people who have. Not only will they do your taxes for you, but they can give you advice (for a fee). The first year that I filed complicated taxes, I used Paul Mann from Mann & Company. Their phone # is 303-465-2585. They did all of my taxes for me, and the entire thing was done online, for a very reasonable fee. I was a satisfied customer. Having said that, I'm now doing my own taxes because I have learned what to do and the laws have not changed yet. If they do, I will invest again in more professional help. You also might want to try Thomas J.
